Juan Carlos Cuenca, also better known by his friends and screen casts with the name Jake Cuenca is actually born December 30, 1987 in the United States in San Jose, California.
Jake Cuenca is one of Philippines' print and commercial model. He is also an upcoming and very popular television and movie actor. Jake Cuenca rose to TV and acting prominence when he starred via his stint at GMA Network as one of the good looking young stars in the youth-oriented and branded noon time show dubbed as Click.
He was known more at first in the movie industry as a contract teen star of GMA Network but when he decided to jump to ABS-CBN after his contract with GMA Network expired, he became even more popular and was given more chances of doing lead roles in many drama and movie stints as an actor.
Juan Carlos Cuenca, a.k.a. Jake Cuenca is currently a member of ABS CBN's circle of local and homegrown acting and star quality talents named Star Magic. He was also a student who studied at PAREF Southridge, an exclusive school for boys.
